LEAN SKILLS 
ASSESSMENT.

In this 2 day on-site course we use our proprietary (in-house) model to coach your management team in fairly and objectively assessing the depth of lean skill in their teams. They’ll learn how to manage the process as a positive gap analysis to increase capability and fill the talent pipeline.

The coaching approach is 3 step for the coachee(s) with multiple chances to practice and master the elements:

1. Understand the assessments and observe our coach performing them on your site

2. Perform the assessments with our coach supporting

3. Perform the assessments solo with sign-off from our expert coach

The assessments are performed through a mix of observation, Q&A discussion, and quick shopfloor activities to tease out knowledge and skill. We cover technical lean and ‘softer’ human aspects like engagement, motivation and initiative.
