WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Targeted at Business Leaders (Operations Managers, Operations Directors and MDs) and Lean Leaders, this coaching has two significant outcomes.

Firstly, master your own Problem Solving method and abilities to be able to effectively coach others in the business to solve increasingly difficult problems. The second outcome is to show you how to create an “army of Problem Solvers” within the business - people solving problems at the right level of the business, whether they’re an Operator, a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager.

You’ll understand, through guided solving of your real examples, how and where to deploy:

  • Simple effective Data Analysis techniques to pinpoint the biggest SQDC problems

  • The 7 step Practical Problem Solving method (including fishbone & Ishikawa)

  • Strong use of the A3 Summary and the 7 QC tools

We’ll show you how to engage people and set the right level of goal for the right level in the business, tied into your overall improvement plan (Hoshin Kanri). We can even show you how to set up Quality Circle activities for mutual learning, recognition and celebration of the improvement within the business.
