5s/TPM Training Course
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
This hands on 5s/TPM masterclass trains your people in the “what?”, “why?” and “how?” of 5s/TPM, starting with a 3s blitz with your team to establish a baseline standard.
During this 5s training workshop, the team will introduce a strong 5s checksheet and an effective layered audit process to maintain a well organised shopfloor and use red tagging to continuously find kaizen.
The TPM activity is layered on top and we’ll confirm or help select your key machines before taking you through a step-by-step process to identify the vital few TPM checks your machines require to improve Safety, Quality and Availability across the gemba/shopfloor. We can also show you how to introduce a daily Kamishibai T-card system to bake 5s and TPM into your shop floor management system.
Whether it's introducing 5s and/or TPM to your shop floor or assessing and radically improving the way your 5s/TPM currently drives strong OEE performance, we can support either in this 2-12 day (across several weeks) course.
