WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

All Shopfloor leaders, whether a Team Leader, Group Leader or Supervisor benefit from grasping and being able to apply the five basic lean tools:

This coaching activity develops skill in using these five tools by applying them directly in the Shopfloor Leader’s area to solve current problems. At the end of the coaching they'll have a strong ongoing grasp of their biggest problems, can maintain and improve a good 5S condition, have strengthened their Standardised Work (and the training of it), can find wastes and reduce costs whilst reacting quicker to problems.
