The Accelerator builds through our 5 stage model, a model built from developing the top 1% of Shopfloor Leaders in the world. We cover:

Developing deep Lean skill and the ability to spot, elicit and manage continuous improvement ideas from the team.
The coaching elements are group based and remote with either a cohort from non-competitive manufacturers or, if suits, within your own business. Many calls to action are baked in throughout to make improvements as we go and culminates in a review & celebration day. Peer support, feedback and building relationships are a critical part of programme.
