WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

This 2 to 10 day factory and cell layout masterclass can be pitched at 2 levels, Factory or Cell Levels. For the overall factory; we guide, and challenge you, to re-layout an existing factory or design the flow for a new factory. We’ll work with your team to maximise Productivity and Quality and minimise waste. The resulting layout is flexible for different customer demand scenarios to future-proof you. Internal and external material flow and logistics are part and parcel of the masterclass.

At Cell Level we lead you to re-layout your cell(s) for improved performance or for New Product Introduction (NPI) – all through our 12 step process. This unique opportunity to bring together and upskill your Production Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers and Operations people takes you from establishing current & future TAKT Time scenarios to setting the manufacturing sequence to capacity calculations and a final layout with strong parts presentation.
