We’ll help you to dig deep and reveal your biggest problems in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost - taking you through the entire process to significantly reduce or eliminate the problem via root cause analysis. You’ll spend most of the time on the gemba learning how to apply tools like Fishbone (Ishikawa) and the 5 Whys before reaching standardised countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
