WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Using our proprietary (in house) model we can assess the depth of lean skill in your Shopfloor Leaders, Lean Leaders and even the Senior Team. This process is carefully managed as a positive gap analysis to increase capability and fill the talent pipeline.
The assessment is performed through a mix of Q&A discussion, and practical shopfloor observation activities to tease out knowledge and skill. Our unique approach goes beyond lean tools into “control” and “kaizen” skills, lean management, communication, and behaviour. The assessment is a recommended first step in identifying which of our masterclass and/or coaching services are best suited to your team.
