In this powerful Value Steam Mapping (VSM) 5 day masterclass we’ll take your team through the creation of actual Current State and Future State Value Stream Maps.

We’ll start by clarifying the scope and purpose and finish with an achievable Future State Map with a rigorous plan to get there within 6-9 months. Your team will grasp Value Streams and the benefits of Value Stream Mapping. Ahead of the activity we’ll identify data collection before walking the shopfloor to map the 3 flows of the Current State Map. As a team we’ll stand back, assess and identify opportunities, before stepping through the robust process for creating a better, pull based Future State that compresses lead-time and drives waste out of the process.

As with all our courses, key metrics before and after will be measured and your team will be able to replicate what we achieved.
