WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Our Single Minute Exchange & Dies (SMED) Course will lead you and your team through a workshop activity to reduce your most frequent/longest changeovers by up to 50%.

During this highly practical 5-10 day workshop (across several weeks), we'll capture the current changeover on video, analyse it, train you and your team in SMED principles, apply these principles, learn about the 7 wastes, identify, categorise, prioritise and eliminate these wastes, resequence the changeover and prove the improvement by running a PDCA trial.

TYPICAL OUTCOMES

Changeover time reduced by 20-60%, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) created to multiply the benefit.  Ability to repeat on other changeovers.
